Register MOTOKO-PALS Dapp Canisters

DGDG.app removed the "Motoko Ghosts" collection from his website. When visiting the collection page, it now says: "Unsupported market, listing data unavailable." He also has no plans to support any other collection managed by Motoko DAO.

Cartographer has repeatedly expressed opposition to Motoko DAO, and his rhetoric has turned hostile toward the very community that supported him for years—without ever intending to withdraw that support.

Shortly before delisting the collection, Cartographer received 10,000 ICP directly from a DAO member (Adam) with no strings attached, as funding for his project.

Now, his public communications consist mainly of mocking Motoko DAO, spreading FUD within the community, and rehashing pointless, exhausting arguments about "fees vs. royalties." He offers zero value to the community now.

Critically, there was no practical reason to remove the collection at this time. He knew: The planned "Motoko Market" hadn’t launched (and still has no release date). The community refuses to use Backdoor Bob’s marketplace. His actions would actively harm the community. Yet he did it anyway. 

This is inexcusable.

Therefore, I propose:
END ALL SUPPORT for DG from Motoko DAO immediately.
Remove every link to his platform from Motoko’s website, Discord, and socials.
Ban mentions of his marketplace from Motoko’s official X (Twitter) account.
Permanently ban Cartographer from Motoko Discord and Motoko Raids (X) to halt his self-promotion.

Cartographer—once trusted—has shown himself to be ungrateful, destructive, and unworthy of this community’s goodwill.

## Objective

 
This proposal aims to adjust the fee associated with a declined proposal to the MOTOKO DAO from 0.25 MOTOKO to an inflation-adjusted value of 2500 MOTOKO. Additionally, it proposes to increase the transaction fee from 0.0001 MOTOKO to 1 MOTOKO, and set the minimum neuron stake to 1 MOTOKO.

**Introduction to Proposer**

My name is Thiago, I am 38 years old and I live in Brazil. I have been part of ICP HUB BRASIL for 1 year. I was the first to join and I am still here today, doing Bootcamps, Hackathons, giving lectures at Universities and creating content about the ICP ecosystem on YouTube and X. I have been married to Ana for 14 years and I am the father of two boys, Davi, 9 years old and Joaquim, 6 years old. I love enjoying nature, drinking a good coffee and spending time with my family. About ICP, it was love at first sight, I think you have noticed, right?

**Curiosity:** Before Hub came to our country, I had already been evangelizing the word for a year alone here. It was not easy, but it was rewarding. When they finally showed up, they found me right away and hired me. I helped them understand the technology the whole time and today we are doing well.

&nbsp;

**Mission Statement and Voting Philosophy**

&nbsp;

I'm here because I trust the Motoko brand and technology as a whole. I like the idea of moving forward as a strong and united DAO that can work together, thinking rationally and bringing benefits to the entire community. To encourage other Hubs in the world, I'm doing the same, to get involved with something long-term that's really worthwhile and can make a difference in the network, helping the ecosystem to be promoted by the market.

It would be really cool if we could create in-person events around the world, encouraging Hackathons, Bootcamps and MeetUps in physical locations and involving our DAOs in these actions.

I like the idea of partnering with new projects that are thinking about entering the ICP ecosystem. To benefit our community, I think we can use the idea of these new projects to do an airdrop for active DAO participants.
